REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Every Wyld Bub piece is made by hand, and we want you to love it.

PERSONALIZED AND MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Items embroidered with a name or phrase are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Please double-check the spelling, size, and colour before completing your order. We embroider exactly what is entered at checkout, including capitalisation.

This does not affect your rights if the item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered.

NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS
For items without personalization, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original tags and packaging.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email support@wyld-bub.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 24 hours with instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except when the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost on the way back to us.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional billing cycle to appear. Original shipping charges and paid add-ons are non-refundable once production has started.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will remake the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including personalized pieces.

SPELLING AND ORDER CHANGES
Because production starts quickly, changes to the name, size, or colour can only be made before the item enters production. Email us as soon as possible and we will do our best. Once embroidery has begun, changes are no longer possible.

HANDMADE VARIATION
Each piece is knitted and embroidered by hand, so small variations in stitch, tension, and lettering are natural and are part of what makes your item unique. These variations are not considered defects.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before production begins. After that, our standard policy above applies.
