ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from this store.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Our pieces are knitted and embroidered by hand. Small differences in stitching, tension, lettering, and shade are inherent to handmade production and to natural yarn, and are not defects. Product photographs are provided in good faith; colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

PERSONALIZATION
You are responsible for the accuracy of the name or phrase you submit, including spelling and capitalisation. We embroider exactly what is entered at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse any personalization request that is offensive, unlawful, hateful, or that infringes a third-party trademark or copyright, and to cancel and refund such an order.

YARN AND FONT COLOURS
Yarn and thread colours are selected from our colour guide. Screen calibration, lighting, and dye lots mean the shade received may vary slightly from the guide image.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or description errors, including after an order has been submitted. If we cancel a paid order for this reason, you receive a full refund.

ADD-ONS
Optional paid extras such as Add Flower and Skip The Queue are additional services applied to the order at checkout. They are non-refundable once production has started.

PROMOTIONS
Promotional offers and discount codes are valid for a limited time and while stocks last. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined with other offers.

CARE AND USE
Care instructions supplied with each piece should be followed. Damage resulting from incorrect washing, drying, or storage is not covered.

SAFETY
Loose threads, ties, and small decorative details can present a hazard. Children should be supervised while wearing or playing with our items, and pieces should be checked regularly for wear before use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including text, photographs, video, and the Wyld Bub name and logo, is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
